We continue to improve and grow, creating a top-notch workforce that is the backbone of what we do. Today we would like to introduce you to just one of these people, Jordan Cowin.

What is your role at Kenect?

I am a Customer Success Manager at Kenect.

What is your favorite part about Kenect?

My favorite part about Kenect is the People. Not only our staff but even our customers are just amazing people to work with. I couldn’t be more grateful for that.

What have you learned during your time with Kenect?

I have learned at Kenect that there is always something new to learn. A new skill to hone or sharpen. A new way of doing something that is more efficient, or even just a better way of living your life!

What is your favorite movie or TV show?

My favorite movie is "Dances with Wolves." Even though "Dances with Wolves," "The last Samurai" and "Avatar" all have the exact same plot; "Dances with Wolves" is my favorite. Kevin Costner is the man.

What is your favorite activity?

My favorite activity is probably Pickle Ball in the summers, and I love board games year-round.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I spend my free time with my family. Playing with my kids, or getting people together to play pickle ball, board games, or occasionally poker. I love poker.

Something interesting about yourself?

Something interesting about me is that I never spent longer than a year in a job before Kenect. I worked in the mental health field for five years at various places, and then I came to Kenect expecting the same mold to follow. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Almost four years later I am still at Kenect and can honestly say I work with some of the best people that I have ever come to know. Kenect has surprised me in a lot of ways, but I would say that was the biggest one.

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go, and why?

If I could travel anywhere in the world, it would be Ireland. Both sides of my family descend heavily from Ireland, and I would love to walk the same ground that my ancestors did.
