Employee Highlights

As more companies figure out the benefits of business texting in 2022, Kenect continues to grow and add team members to help meet the demand.

We are recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in America. We have also been honored by employees as one of the best places to work in Utah, praising our work environment and culture.

Our success is dependent on the hard-working people behind the scenes at Kenect. Today we would like to introduce you to just one of these people. Meet Brantley Dunn:

What is your role at Kenect?

I am the Director of Sales Development and oversee the SDR department at Kenect.

What is your favorite part about Kenect?

I love our company values and the culture we have built internally on the Kenect team. It is so exciting to see a group of like-minded individuals cohesively driving towards ambitious goals while still being able to maintain a healthy work/personal life balance.

What have you learned during your time with Kenect?

That every level of leadership truly cares about the well-being and progression of each individual at Kenect. I love how invested everyone is from top to bottom in making sure each employee understands they are more than just a number and truly progress as an individual.

What is your favorite activity?

I love our “Top Tier Club” program we implemented for our SDR teams - where we choose an activity like go-karting or bowling to celebrate those SDRs that put in a stellar monthly performance.

What is your favorite movie or TV show?

My favorite movie is the “Grand Budapest Hotel.”

How do you like to spend your free time?

I absolutely love sports and the outdoors, so any chance I get to golf, play pickle ball, tennis, basketball, baseball, or football, I’m all for it! I’m all about taking advantage of the beautiful outdoors we have been blessed with here in Utah.

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go, and why?

I would travel to Australia because it’s an area of the world I have always wanted to travel to. It’s been on my bucket list for some time. Hoping to make this a reality soon!
