As more small businesses look for ways to streamline customer communication, the team at Kenect is going around the country, spreading the word about our platform and the benefits of texting.
This past month, we made a stop at the Catersource Conference in Orlando, Florida. The four-day event is held at the Orange County Convention Center and is one of the biggest retail events we attend throughout the year.
Our team was there to answer questions and scout out some of the new innovations this year. They said there were several interesting new products for attendees to try out throughout the event, including a cannon that shoots confetti into the air (for some of the more festive events).
Kenect also had a booth set up, where we introduced people to our platform. We had a steady flow of people stopping by to hear how Kenect is being used in the retail industry, and how it can help transform customer communication, especially as more customers started using texting during the pandemic.
In addition to our booth, the team got a chance to speak at the event. We chose one of the topics we get asked most about: Google reviews. We went through the platform to show people how we have helped thousands of businesses increase their reviews, and how to better manage the reviews they already have.
All in all, this event was a big success. The team says the crowds were big as people flooded the event, and there was even live music throughout the event, adding to the festive vibe. The team says it was good to see such a great turnout and we can’t wait to go back!
