In the past year, we have seen dramatic growth here at Kenect, both in the products we offer customers, and in our workforce.

We have been given several honors in 2021, including being named one of the best places to work for by Utah Business. This was based off a survey of current employees who rated the culture and work/life balance at Kenect.

With all this growth, we wanted to introduce you to some of the people of Kenect. Today, we’re highlighting Sean Gove.

What is your role at Kenect?

Director of Business Development – Legal Vertical

What is your favorite part about Kenect?  

By far it has to be the people. I am an old guy and have worked for several different organizations, and the people at Kenect are far superior to any I have experienced. The people here have the ability to get things done and get them done fast and still keep in focus that people are their greatest asset. I have witnessed our CEO walk up to an SDR and spark a conversation with them as if they were speaking to another peer. I have found that that is just the culture at Kenect, everyone is treated with respect.  I love it!

What is your favorite movie or TV show?  

My favorite movie is “The Count of Monte Cristo.” It’s one of those movies that takes you high and low and then ends with the villain dying and the good guy getting all the riches and the awesome family. It’s a great show!

How do you like to spend your free time?  

I love spending my time with my wife, Angie, and my kids, but especially my wife. She is my best friend, and we just have so much fun together. I also really enjoy boating, skiing, and traveling to warm places with awesome beaches. We tend to spend a lot of time at Bear Lake in the summer, I love that place!

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go, and why?  

I would go to Greece. I have never been, and I would love to see the beautiful white buildings up against the steep hillsides. Plus, I love Greek food and I want to experience the real authentic foods they have there.
