Kenect Named to MountainWest Capital Network's 2022 Emerging Elite Companies List

PLEASANT GROVE, UT — October 18, 2022 — Kenect today announced it was named as one of the 2022 MountainWest Capital Network’s Top 15 Emerging Elite companies in Utah, which honors companies showing promising growth over the past 5 years.

The honor was delivered as part of MWCN’s 2022 Utah 100 list that ranks businesses with their weighted average revenue calculation of percentage and dollar growth over a five-year period through December 2021. The Top 15 Emerging Elite list represent organizations less than five years old that show the most promise of future growth. Companies are only allowed to be recognized in one category.

Recipients of the Utah 100 were chosen by the percentage of revenue increase of each company between 2017 and 2021.

In addition, Kenect allows small businesses to collect payments via text. Per location usage of the Kenect payments platform has increased nearly 500% in the last 18 months.

This latest honor is part of a growing list of accolades for Kenect. In August, the company was named to the Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row. Kenect is the 6th fastest growing software company in the state of Utah with a three-year revenue growth rate of 641 %.
